A free AI teacher assistant for vivas and project assessment

An AI teacher assistant takes the repetitive part of assessment off a teacher's desk. HireFlow-AI's Viva Specialist conducts a short oral exam with each student about their own submitted project and gives the teacher scores, transcripts and class analytics.

What it does for teachers

You set an assignment and optionally a rubric, share one link, and every student takes their own adaptive viva. The assistant reads each student's submission, asks questions drawn from their actual work and records the conversation.

One link for the whole class, no student accounts
Questions adapt to each student's answers
Scores per rubric criterion with notes
Full transcripts and optional video, deleted after 30 days
Class dashboard, curve grading and PDF reports

Checks the submission against your assignment

It compares each submission with your instructions and brief, requirement by requirement, with evidence, so you can see at a glance who built what you asked for. It reads code, written reports, screenshots, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric work.

Designed to be fair

Scoring is based on what the student says about the project. The examiner does not see the student's name and is told to ignore accent, grammar and fluency. No automatic scoring is perfectly free of bias, so teachers can review and adjust any score.

Free while we launch

The Viva Specialist is free during the launch period. Create a teacher account, post an assignment and share the link.
