Frequently asked questions
Yes. During our launch period every feature is free, subject to the daily fair-use limits described below. If we introduce paid plans later, we'll announce it well in advance and you'll never be charged without choosing to be.
You upload your resume (optional) and paste the job description, check your camera and microphone in a short lobby, and join. The AI interviewer greets you, asks a question, listens to your spoken answer, and follows up based on what you said. When it's done you get a feedback report. You can also type your answers instead of speaking.
Voice answers need speech recognition, which works in Chrome and Edge (and mostly Safari) on a laptop or desktop with a working microphone and an internet connection. Firefox doesn't support it, so you would type your answers there. A camera is optional; without one you just won't get eye-contact feedback.
It combines speech clarity, expression steadiness, content relevance and eye contact into a 0 to 100 practice score (weighted 30/25/25/20). The delivery measurements are rough estimates made in your browser, so treat the score as a guide to what to practise, not as a verdict. See the Features page for details.
No. We do not record video or audio of your practice interviews. Your face is analysed inside your browser to estimate eye contact and expression, and those video frames never leave your device. What we keep is the text of the conversation, your feedback and your scores, so you can track progress, until you delete them or your account. Uploaded resumes are deleted automatically after 30 days. The one exception is a viva taken through a teacher's link, where the student may choose to record.
You can. Authorised HireFlow Agent administrators can also review interviews for support, quality and abuse prevention. We don't share your practice interviews with employers. If an employer invites you to an interview through our hiring tool, that is a separate interview that goes to them, as its invitation explains.
No. There is no ID or document check and no phone number needed. When you sign up we email you a 6-digit code to confirm your email address. Enter it once and you're in.
Yes. Each AI interview costs us real money, so there is a daily limit on how many interviews you can start, and each live interview has a maximum length. If you hit the limit you'll see a message telling you it refreshes on a rolling 24-hour basis.
Everything is erased immediately and permanently: your profile, interviews and transcripts, uploaded resumes, recordings and notifications. You can do this any time in Profile & Settings, and you'll be asked for your password to confirm. It can't be undone.
It scores your resume against a job description, shows which keywords and requirements are missing and suggests specific edits. You need a free account, and your resume is not stored. Learn more on the Free resume checker page.
The chat bubble on the site. It answers questions about HireFlow Agent and gives short tips on interviews, resumes and vivas. It does not save your conversation, so please do not type personal details into it.
Use the Send feedback link in the footer or in the chat. If you tick the box to allow it, we may show your message and the name you chose on the What people say page. We never show your email, and you can ask us to take it down.
Yes. The quiz game lets a teacher upload slides, a Word file, text or chosen PDF pages; the AI drafts multiple-choice questions from that material; the teacher edits them, sets the marks and the time, and shares one link. Students play on phones with a name and a roll number, no account. See the quiz game page.
Yes. A hiring team can invite applicants by e-mail to a short, private AI interview with the camera on and the screen shared, then read ranked results and decide. A person always decides. Hiring access is set up by our team: ask through the contact page. See the AI interview screening page.
