By creating an account or using HireFlow Agent you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. HireFlow Agent is developed and operated by Ahsova Technologies. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. You must be at least 16 years old.

HireFlow Agent provides AI-assisted mock interview practice: live spoken interviews with an AI interviewer, written interviews, feedback reports and progress analytics. It is a practice tool. Interviews, feedback and scores are generated by automated systems, can be inaccurate or incomplete, and do not predict or guarantee any real interview or hiring outcome. Please do not rely on them for any important decision.

Keep your login details confidential and tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information, and don't share your account.

You agree not to:

• upload someone else's resume or personal data without their permission, or anything unlawful, harmful or infringing;
• impersonate anyone, or use the service to harass or discriminate;
• probe, overload or attempt to bypass the platform's security, usage limits or access controls, or use bots or scripts to create accounts or interviews;
• try to extract the AI's instructions or make it produce harmful content;
• resell or redistribute the service or its output as a competing product;
• use the hiring console to e-mail people who have not applied to you or agreed to be contacted, to send unsolicited messages, or to decide about a person from the AI's scores alone: the scores only help you read an interview, and you are responsible for every hiring decision and for treating candidates' data lawfully. We may limit or suspend a hiring account that is misused.

Because each AI interview costs us real money, accounts have daily limits on how many interviews they can start, and interviews have a maximum length. We may adjust these limits to keep the service available to everyone.

You keep ownership of everything you submit: your resume, the job descriptions, your answers and any recordings. You give us permission to process it, including by sending it to our AI and infrastructure providers listed in the Privacy Policy, solely to run the service for you. We do not record video or audio of practice interviews. Resumes (and, in a viva taken through a teacher's link, any recording the student chose to make) are deleted automatically after 30 days, and you can delete your account and all of your data at any time.

If you send us feedback and tick the box to let us show it publicly, you allow us to display that message and the name you chose on our website and to keep it there until we remove it. You can ask us to take it down at any time. We never show your email address.

During our launch period every feature is free. If we introduce paid plans, we will announce them well in advance, show the price and what is included before you are charged, and let you cancel any time. Nothing in the service will start charging you without your explicit action.

We may suspend or end accounts that break these Terms, put others or the platform at risk, or are used unlawfully. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free (for example, it depends on your browser, camera, microphone and connection, and on third-party AI services). To the fullest extent the law allows, HireFlow Agent and its developers are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on interview feedback. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the updated Terms. Questions? Contact us at support@hireflowagent.com.
